Garrett Noach
President
Garrett joined Lamothermic part time in 2012, working in various production roles throughout high school and college. After completing his studies, he joined Lamothermic full time in 2018 as a Product Engineer. Garrett became VP of Manufacturing in 2022 and President in 2024.

His main focus is to continually bring Lamothermic to new levels. With a love for the foundry business, he believes in employing the best people, utilizing the best technology and materials, and developing concrete processes to provide customers with a top-of-the-line product. Garrett holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from SUNY New Paltz.

Cesar Ferreras
Director of Quality
Cesar joined Lamothermic in 2020 after more than 20 years in the quality field, most recently with an aerospace component manufacturer. As Director of Quality, he oversees Lamothermic’s Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements, driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

An ASQ Certified QM/OE, CQE, and SSBB, Cesar also serves as Lamothermic’s Level III MT, PT, and RT technician, training and certifying NDT Technicians to NAS 410 and SNT-TC-1A standards. He takes pride in ensuring the performance and reliability of Lamothermic’s castings and partners closely with leadership to strengthen competitiveness and support customer success.


Michael Lorentzos
Engineering Manager
Michael joined Lamothermic in February 2023 as a Manufacturing Engineer, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and enhancing manufacturing process efficiencies. In 2026, he was promoted to Engineering Manager, where he continues to drive efficiency gains while reducing operational costs and scrap.

Prior to Lamothermic, Michael spent over 10 years at Hoyt Corporation as Supply Chain Manager. His broad manufacturing experience and collaborative approach provide strong engineering support to operations. Michael holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Binghamton University.

Scott To
Operations Manager
Scott joined Lamothermic part time in 2015, working in various production roles while attending college. After completing his studies, he joined the company full time in 2018 as a Product Engineer. In 2026, Scott was promoted to Operations Manager, where he focuses on driving operational efficiency, strengthening cross-department coordination, and supporting continuous improvement across manufacturing.

In addition to his operations role, Scott leads Lamothermic’s IT function, overseeing systems and technology initiatives that support daily operations and long-term growth. With a strong technical foundation and hands-on shop floor experience, Scott brings a practical, process-driven approach to complex challenges. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from SUNY New Paltz.


Don Warner
Sales Engineer
Don Warner joined Lamothermic in February 2025 as a Sales Engineer, bringing more than 25 years of experience across manufacturing and sales organizations. His background includes leadership roles in production, procurement, operations, and continuous improvement, giving him a strong end-to-end understanding of manufacturing environments.

At Lamothermic, Don partners with customers to translate application requirements into clear, practical solutions that support performance, efficiency, and long-term success.

Nicole Quinlan
HR Manager
Nicole joined Lamothermic in 2025 as Human Resources Manager, bringing a strategic, hands-on, people-first approach to the role. She focuses on building clear, reliable HR processes that support daily operations while fostering a culture of consistency, accountability, and teamwork.

Nicole serves as a trusted resource for employees and partners closely with leadership to strengthen communication, streamline workflows, and implement fair, effective policies. She is passionate about onboarding, employee development, and engagement, helping create a workplace where people feel supported, valued, and excited to grow with Lamothermic.
