 Our engineers will work with you in order to develop the most cost effective investment casting. They have a combined total of over 80 years experience in the investment casting industry. We engineer your casting not only from a casting feasibility point but also the total manufacturability of your part. We welcome your challenges and encourage you to contact us.

Machining:

 We have six CNC machining centers in house that are supported by Virtual Gibbs Cam software.

Stocking programs:

  We are willing to work with our customers to help ensure that they can meet the constant changes that occur in today’s manufacturing. We offer various programs that can be tailored to fit your needs.

Rapid Proto-typing:

 We work with several companies that create the quick cast patterns which we turn into investment castings. We will work with your solid model or turn your 2D drawing into one. Sample delivery time can be as quick as two weeks.

Heat-treating:

 We have heat treaters that pick up and deliver our investment castings 3 to 4 times a week. This enables us to provide our customers castings in the required condition without adding significantly to the lead time.
